DESIGN SPECS

eBiz Marketing does provide signature graphic design. Our ad designs have an additional cost associated with this service. We will require 48-72 hours to create your design. You will receive 2 edits. There will be a fee accessed for additional edits thereafter.

We require 36 hours for the set up of eBlasts that do not require graphic design. You must provide subject area information for your eBlast(s). You will receive a proof of your blast to review and check for errors. You will receive 2 opportunities to edit the information. Once you have given approval via eMail or fax (419) 844-8080; a fee of $50 will be accessed for additional changes.

We accept the following advertising formats: jpgs, gifs, tifs, and pdf’s. We prefer 300 dpi, but will accept 72 dpi. No Your Advertisement will not be accepted if you send in the following formats: Powerpoint, Publisher files or Word. eBiz Marketing will have the last say on designs that are submitted for eBlasts. APPROVAL

Once the eBroadcast is reviewed and approved, please submit a subject line and provide broadcast date(s).

PAYMENT POLICY

Our payments are handled safely and securely through PayPal. Repetition is the key to a successful campaign. You can send the same message with subject matter edits on agreed upon dates and times. You may send your E-Blast on once a week intervals. Payment in advance is required of all advertisers before distribution to our database. Paypal also accepts credit card payments and eChecks. (Payment buttons are located at the upper, far right hand side of this page)
